He feels that great leadership means to lead by example, to lead by serving others and to always put yourself in the other person’s shoes. He is a graduate of SHK University (the School of Hard Knocks) and loves “Yogi-isms” and cooking.

He puts all his passion into everything he does and refuses to rest on past successes. He’s also a successful race horse owner – his first horse ‘Afleet Alex’ won 2 out of 3 Triple Crown races in 2005.

He has the innate ability to integrate finance and operations to achieve superior financial returns, and has climbed some of the tallest mountains on Earth (literally).

Tom has worked in Healthcare for 33 years, building long-term partnerships with financial leaders across 500 hospitals. His knowledge of and passion for the healthcare revenue process is unparalleled. His ability to scale powerful and refined business processes and the people involved has led to multiple entrepreneurial successes in the industry. He is obsessed in his dedication to clients’ success and the development of the personnel involved.

Robert has 20 years of experience in all aspects of the revenue cycle, specializing in client account development. His ability to expertly develop internal resources helps him assign the right talent to fit a client’s needs. He has a highly successful track record of pushing our team to exceed clients’ expectations, transforming new relationships into long term partnerships.

Rich is proficient in both operations and technology for revenue cycle management. He is a fantastic mentor, pushing our internal team members to excel and flourish in their roles serving our clients. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing.

Sunshine has 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle services with an emphasis on customer service and project implementations. Her professional passion is in building relationships with clients and prospective clients based on trust, and her favorite animal is an elephant.

Michael has 27 years of experience in healthcare, leading multiple departments on the payer side before joining Acclara. He is a successful and team oriented leader, with a focus on identifying areas for opportunity and process improvement. He enjoys walks with his dogs and is always up for a sporting event.
Tere’sa (Tre) has over thirty years’ experience building long-term partnerships with clients in revenue cycle management. She is always identifying unique ways to work around problems others may not see, and loves to travel with her family.
Donna is a goal oriented individual with over three decades of revenue cycle management experience. She enjoys mentoring her team members to help them find the ‘Ah ha!’ moment when facing a challenge or asked to think outside the box. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and has recently picked up golf. FORE!
Hank has 30 years of experience in healthcare administration including revenue cycle, sales and marketing, PR, strategic planning and business development. His personal motto is to make every day count, and in another life he could have been an NFL coach for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Sherry has almost three decades of experience in patient accounting. She has a talent and passion for keeping AR moving through clients’ revenue cycles at lightning speeds, and to her, the best thing in life is spending time with her beautiful granddaughter.
Kimberly has three decades of experience in healthcare revenue cycle spanning from patient access to bad debt. She is passionate about fostering the success of others – both clients and employees. When not at work or spending time with her two beautiful grandbabies, you will most likely find her singing her heart out at karaoke.
Andrea has served in an administrative role in revenue cycle management since 2005, leading a number of highly successful projects. At Acclara, her powers of observation and objectivity melt away defensive attitudes, while at home she is ‘earning her stripes in the trenches’ as a grandmother of four beautiful young ladies.

Herman has three decades of experience in the operations of revenue cycle management. He has an incredible gift to analyze millions of dollars in AR in a short time and is passionate about treating patients with dignity and respect. Outside the office, he is a loving husband and father.
Payment Center Manager
Jennifer has 18 years of experience in operations management, using best practices to boost revenues and profitability at a lower cost. She is always encouraging people, helping them to grow, develop and achieve their goals. When she can find the time, she enjoys sharing vacations and motorcycle trips with the love of her life.
High Dollar Manager
Bruce has 18 years of experience contributing to the billing and collecting process for healthcare clients. He has a knack for always finding the most critical need in a situation and helping to fill that need. He loves music, and outside of work, he is a passionate musician and songwriter.
Chandler has fifteen years of experience in the medical AR industry working in operational and technical initiatives. At work, she is a machine and could write process and policy documentation in her sleep, but outside the office she enjoys the outdoors and is an avid camper and Boy Scout leader.

Dan has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare finance with leadership roles in reimbursement/decision support, patient financial services, and financial reporting. Creating and utilizing automated solutions to help empower revenue cycle professionals is what drives him professionally, but it also helps distract him from obsessing too much over Philadelphia’s sports teams.
Senior Director of Innovation & Client Support Services
Jim has two decades of experience leading teams responsible for recovering billions in healthcare revenue. He is quick and collaborative in diagnosing root cause issues and then builds consensus and the right team to resolve them. He is a musician, singer, songwriter, producer, and soon to be author and playwright outside of work.

Ralph is a performance driven leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and information management. He is exceptional at building relationships with clients and team members alike, driving bottom line growth and helping people maximize their potential. Brad is an entrepreneurial spirit with decades of experience developing strategies to maximize business opportunities. He is a ‘people person’ – quickly building strong relationships – and thinks the only thing better than a round of golf is relaxing on a beach with a good mystery novel.

Patrice is an experienced revenue cycle executive, specializing in the ‘Continuing Care’ arena of Home Care and Home Infusion. Motivating her staff to collect from patients’ insurers so they receive the care they need is what gets her out of bed every morning, but on the weekend you’ll find her cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles or playing volleyball.

Tiffany has over 15 years of healthcare revenue cycle and IT experience consisting of operations management, project management and application development and support. Overseeing the data department, she is an expert at explicating the needs of operations to all areas of IT. Fun fact: Tiffany grew up on a farm and spent the summers working in the fields.
